Key responsibilities
- Proactive outreach to suitable luxury brands to initiative partnerships that support our growth strategy and brand positioning
- Monitor emerging market trends and report on competitor campaigns
- Oversee the design, production, and stock management of all branded and sales collateral, ensuring items are always on-brand, up to date, and available for operational needs
- Maintain and regularly update the brand guidelines, ensuring they remain relevant, clear, and aligned with the hotelβs evolving positioning and sub-brands
- Support HR/Operations to embed the brand across employee communications, onboarding, uniforms, and staff training
- Drive the strategy for sourcing more sustainable, cost-effective and quality collateral, including but not limited to, corporate gifting, on-site signage, printed materials
- Audit and support other departments on their presentations, collateral, signage, and branded items, ensuring everything adheres to brand standards
- Manage the creation of food and beverage marketing action plans to drive awareness and bookings across outlets
- Lead the strategy for industry award submissions, including writing, editing, and coordinating supporting evidence, with support from the Marketing Executive
- Supervise photographic and video content creation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and supporting internal and external photo shoots
- Uphold strict brand guidelines across all marketing outputs, ensuring consistency for the hotel and sub-brands, and work with the Head of Marketing to provide training sessions for each department across the business in brand expectations and standards
- Roll out updated and consistent branded templates across the business for presentations, sales presentations and internal training
- Provide leadership to Marketing team members on day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and standards
- Support the Head of Marketing, General Manager, and company Directors with additional brand-related marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing purchase orders, branded collateral, and other operational needs
- Take a lead on the day to day management of brand activations and partnerships, overseen by the Head of Marketing, ensuring a synergy with our own elevated positioning as a leading luxury hotel
- Help cultivate a positive and productive working culture, collaborating effectively with every department around the business
- Manage the day to day relationships with appointed PR agencies
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
- Significant experience in brand management, ideally within luxury hospitality or premium consumer brands
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and enforcing brand guidelines
- Exceptional eye for design and attention to detail in reviewing collateral and branded assets
- Confident in auditing and advising internal departments on brand compliance
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for brand campaigns, collateral, and award submissions
- Experience managing collateral production, photoshoots, and creative suppliers
- Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable acting as a brand ambassador
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Proactive and adaptable, with an eye for emerging trends and opportunities to elevate the brand
