What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
As the successful applicant you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
As the successful Assistant Manager you will:
- Have experience championing excellent service through engagement and training
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team to deliver the best service possible
- Be an active hands-on manager with excellent communication skills
- Be responsible and able to manage the FOH rota, training and all health and safety effectively at all times
- Working alongside your GM & DM, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new experiences for our guests
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both Liquor GP and labour
- Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through positive engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
