The Role

Were looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join our growing Engineering & Product team.

Youll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Grantifys products developing full-stack solutions. From designing beautiful performant interfaces to building scalable APIs and cloud integrations youll work end-to-end on projects that directly impact how founders access funding.

Your First 12 Months

Build test and deploy full-stack features that power our funding platform and customer experience.

Lead development of new front-end components in TypeScript ensuring performance scalability and strong UX.

Design and maintain APIs and integrations that connect our platform to internal tools and external services.

Contribute to cloud architecture and CI / CD improvements (AWS preferred).

Collaborate with Product and Design to define and deliver impactful solutions end-to-end.

Support redundancy across the team by sharing knowledge and reducing single-point dependencies.

Tech Stack

• Front-End : React with TypeScript
• Back-End : TypeScript Python FastAPI
• Cloud : AWS (preferred) experience with Azure or GCP also valued
• Other Tools : RESTful APIs CI / CD pipelines Docker GitHub modern testing frameworks AWS CDK ETL orchestration

About You

Youre a versatile engineer who thrives in start-up environments – someone who wants to build not just maintain.

You bring curiosity accountability and a product mindset to your craft.

Must-Haves

• 5 years experience as a Software Engineer with strong full-stack skills and front-end bias
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React 18 etc.)
• Experience with modern build tools (Vite Webpack or similar)
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS styled-components or similar)
• State management experience (React Query Redux or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with back‑end development (TypeScript and Python)
• Database design and optimisation experience (PostgreSQL MySQL or similar)
• API design and development experience (REST tRPC or similar)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
• UI / UX collaboration with Figma or similar design tools
• Proven ability to build and ship end‑to‑end features in small high‑impact teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI tools for design (Figma AI UXPilot or similar)
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor GitHub Copilot or similar)
• AI / ML integration experience (OpenAI API or similar)
• Infrastructure as Code (CDK Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Data pipeline development (ETL web scraping data processing)
• Experience in start-ups or B2B environments
