As our UK Head of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Grantify’s growth by leading, inspiring, and optimising our UK sales function. This role focuses on direct coaching and development of team members, fostering a data-driven approach, and collaborating across departments to enhance our sales strategy and processes.
Your Mission
As UK Head of Sales, your mission is to:
- Coach and Develop the Team : Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to hands-on coaching, empowering Regional Heads of Growth (RHOGs) and Account Managers to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
- Achieve Revenue Growth : Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK market.
- Optimise Sales Processes : Use a data-driven approach to refine customer acquisition and retention strategies, addressing customer concerns and objections early in the process.
- Foster Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including marketing and the US sales team, to align initiatives and streamline client onboarding.
- Drive Customer Excellence : Ensure a consultative, value-driven sales approach that builds lasting customer relationships.
- Support Leadership : Constructively challenge leadership to enhance strategies and processes while driving exceptional results.

- Data-Driven and Detail-Oriented : Skilled in using CRM tools and analytics to inform decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborative Team Player : Able to work effectively with a young, dynamic team and across departments.
- Adaptable and Constructive : Comfortable challenging leadership constructively and working in a junior capacity compared to previous roles.

- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams, ideally within B2B environments.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast SMB sales cycles, understanding the speed, volume, and agility required for success in this environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics to monitor and enhance sales performance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
