We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in UX/UI design to join our team. This unique role combines the strategic oversight of product management with the hands-on responsibilities of designing our platform’s user experience. You’ll be the bridge between product strategy and design execution, collaborating across teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business growth.

Your Mission

As our Senior Product Manager with UX/UI Expertise, your mission will be to:

• Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct user research to inform product and design decisions.
• Design user interfaces and experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure product success.
• Champion a user-first mindset while balancing business priorities.

Who You Are

You’re a natural problem solver with a strong eye for design and a strategic mindset. You thrive on understanding users’ needs and delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. Balancing creativity with structure, you’re comfortable switching between strategic planning and tactical execution.

Your Background

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a background in UX/UI Design (or a similar transition from design to product roles).
• A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work and ability to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Strong skills in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including roadmaps and feature prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions.
