Your Mission
- Drive revenue by guiding qualified leads through a consultative, eligibility-based sales process.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients, tailoring messaging based on their business needs and grant timelines.
- Adapt to changing funding windows and create urgency with prospects when required.
- Manage your time effectively across sales activities: ~50% on new inbound leads, ~30% follow-up and pipeline work, ~20% CRM hygiene and admin.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene: update deal stages, log notes, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Represent Grantify with professionalism and clarity, using case studies, value props, and confident objection handling to convert leads.
What We’re Looking For
- You have 2+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS, innovation services, or startup-focused platforms.
- Full-cycle inbound or consultative sales, particularly to technical founders, startup execs, or CTOs.
- Tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Zoom; bonus points for automation tools like sequences or snippets.
- You’re someone who:
- Has high cognitive ability, and can simplify complex ideas clearly.
- Is naturally consultative: you listen closely, ask great questions, and tailor your message.
- Has emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a perceptive, people-first approach.
- Thrives in a remote, fast-changing environment, operating independently within a defined structure.
- Takes ownership of results and is always learning and adapting.
Bonus Experience
- Worked with startups, or innovation accelerators.
- Familiar with the grant funding landscape or technical sales to early-stage companies.
- Collaborated across US/UK time zones or in cross-border sales teams.
