The Role
Location: London (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
Weâre looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Grantify's digital growth engine. Youâll take charge of the full marketing funnel from traffic to revenue, driving measurable growth through website optimisation, martech innovation, and AIâled goâtoâmarket initiatives. If youâre a dataâdriven marketer who loves experimentation, automation, and building systems that scale, this role is for you.
What youâll do
- Optimise the funnel â analyse and improve performance at every stage (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV:CAC).
- Own the website as a growth engine â run CRO, A/B testing, and UX improvements to boost conversions from visitor to revenue.
- Develop our martech stack â identify, integrate, and manage tools that power automation, analytics, and campaign efficiency.
- Lead AI GTM initiatives â use generative AI for content, targeting, and predictive lead scoring across marketing and sales.
- Run experiments and automation â design growth tests, build workflows, and scale successful initiatives.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally â partner with Product, Sales, and Revenue Ops to align on growth goals and insights.
About You
- 7â10 years in B2B SaaS or techâenabled growth marketing, ideally with funnel ownership.
- Deep experience in CRO, analytics, martech, and experimentation.
- Skilled in platforms like HubSpot, GA4, Segment, Looker/Tableau, or similar.
- Curious and confident working with AI tools and automation systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial impact.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and technical partners.
