We’re seeking a skilled IT & Security Lead to take on a hybrid role combining IT operations, security, and compliance. If you thrive in a startup or small-to-medium-sized environment and love wearing multiple hats, this is the perfect opportunity to lead and innovate.
Your Mission
As our IT & Security Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and driving compliance across the company. This greenfield role is your chance to shape the company’s technology foundation, combining hands-on technical work with strategic oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing both internal and customer-facing IT systems.
- Setting up and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (ideally AWS).

Who You Are
You are a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and can seamlessly balance technical, security, and compliance demands. You excel at working cross-functionally and are passionate about creating scalable, secure IT solutions.
Your Background
- 10+ years of experience in hybrid IT/Security roles, ideally within startups or small-to-medium-sized companies.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, systems, and security management.
- Hands-on expertise in setting up and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Proven experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements, including ISO and GDPR, with the ability to ensure organizational adherence.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
