Grant Westfield, the company behind the UK’s best‑selling brand of waterproof wall panels, Multipanel and Naturepanel, is looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to join their team in the heart of Edinburgh, to be responsible for various tasks that support the production and dispatch of marketing material within the Fulfilment Department.

£12.60 per hour (£13.45 per hour from April). This is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:
  • Use machinery in the production of sample products.
  • Assembling Samples and Marketing Products.
  • Finish products to a consistently high standard.
  • Monitor the production process, implementing fixes for or escalating any issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain stock levels of assigned products.
  • Order material when required by using the company ERP System.
  • Processing & dispatching Samples and Marketing material through Excel spreadsheets, third party courier systems and/or the Company ERP system as applicable.
  • An understanding of all back‑office systems that are required within the Fulfilment Department.
  • Report equipment faults to maintenance.
  • Point of contact to sales team and merchant customers.
The successful candidate’s profile:Skills and experience:
  • Desirable Qualifications: Prior work experience in a manufacturing & fulfilment environment is desirable.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team. Friendly, approachable and cooperative.
  • Flexibility: Responds effectively to changing circumstances. Adjusts tasks and priorities when required.
  • Customer service: Good understanding of customer deliverables and the need for strong quality. Ability to work to essential quality standards.
  • Organisation: Ability to plan and organise work. Ability to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision.
  • Health & safety: Understanding & implementation of health and safety requirements of the department and company to protect yourself & others.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with a focus on completing tasks to sometimes tight deadlines.
