An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor at Grant Westfield Limited, the company behind the UK's leading bathroom panel brand, Multipanel. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is responsible for helping our customers succeed by providing commercial & service support. A key part of this is to provide excellent customer service and Multipanel product advice to existing and prospective customers.
Working pattern: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 on a weekly rotation (36.5 hours), Monday to Friday (30 min unpaid Lunch Break).
ROP: Β£12.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound calls from new and existing customers, answering their general enquiries, providing product information and preventing the need for unnecessary repeat contact.
- Accurate order processing.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Work as part of a team supporting the delivery of Contact Centre KPIs.
- Experience within a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment.
- Previous Epicor system experience desirable but not required.
- Educated to National 5 level or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Present and discuss views effectively, through formal, informal, written and spoken communication, adjusting style to suit the audience.
