About the Role
Looking to take the next step into leadership? A highly regarded nursery in London is seeking an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to guide and inspire their room team, while giving children the best possible start.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of practitioners within your room
- Planning and overseeing engaging, EYFS-aligned activities
- Acting as key person for a group of children, tracking progress closely
- Liaising confidently with parents/carers and the wider nursery team
- Supporting the room's day-to-day operations and standards
What You'll Need (Essential)
- At least 1 year's experience in an early years setting (leadership/room experience desirable)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
