As a member of our Private Equity tax team, you will work with various private equity-backed businesses, supporting them from investment through to exit. As an Associate Director in our Private Equity tax team, you will:
- Advise a diverse range of clients on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects.
- Support Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of knowledgeable tax specialists servicing portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings, confidently addressing queries.
- Build trust and respect by delivering high-quality tax advice accurately and on time.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, understanding their career goals.
- Provide innovative solutions to client tax issues and proactively support exit readiness and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead on pitches and proposals, actively growing the business and demonstrating capabilities to clients and targets.
We seek ambitious, driven individuals who can adapt to changing markets and are curious to learn and ask questions to ensure quality service delivery. Minimum requirements include a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing a portfolio of private equity-backed businesses. Preferred skills include experience with PE-backed businesses, transactional experience, supervision in a tax environment, managing large portfolios, business development, and a desire to deepen your knowledge of our services.
