About the Position

Grant Thornton Belfast is seeking to hire a Team Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This position will primarily support our busy Tax team, while also assisting the wider firm as required. It's a varied and fast-paced role that calls for a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys working collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to department Partners, Directors, and Managers
  • Coordinate monthly reporting processes and team performance metrics
  • Manage team Work in Progress (WIP) and assist with sales ledger and credit control activities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team
  • Support internal development initiatives and coordinate training sessions
  • Maintain strong client relationship administration, ensuring timely responses and document management
  • Lead administration of the iManage document management system
  • Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting
  • Oversee and manage the Business Support teams day-to-day operations
  • Provide occasional cover for facilities management when needed
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects within the team and wider firm
  • Perform all other general administrative duties as required
