Real Estate Tax – Manager

We work across all real estate sectors, including commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail, and hotels, advising on Stamp Taxes, Capital Gains, Inheritance Tax, and related niches.

Role Overview
As a Manager in our Real Estate Tax team, you will:
- Be part of a high-performing team with extensive sector experience, working with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, understanding their career goals.
- Work on significant projects, including multi-jurisdictional transactions in the £60m to over £1bn range, with opportunities for rapid promotion.
- Lead your own work, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with tax teams, supported by senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
The minimum criteria include:
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification or equivalent
- UK corporate tax experience, ideally within real estate
- Experience in monitoring and coaching junior team members
Preferred skills (not mandatory):
- Tax structuring for property transactions
- Building client relationships with partners and directors
- International tax advice and cross-border transaction due diligence
- Business development and proposal participation
- Tax compliance and property fund setup, including REITs
