Our Tax Dispute Resolution (TDR) service supports clients through disputes and finds the right way forward. Our services cover a full range of disputes, from routine HMRC enquiries to serious cases of fraud. We also provide disclosure services to help entities regularise historic tax affairs. We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life. A look into the role As a Manager in our TDR team, you will: Collaborate on projects with colleagues across the team. Support Partners and Directors to manage tax disputes, analyzing and quantifying the client’s taxable position. Draft formal correspondence to HMRC to progress enquiries and disclosures, aiming to minimise penalties. Conduct technical research using legislation, guidance, and firm resources. Interact with HMRC to resolve disputes for clients. Attend meetings and follow up on actions with Managers/Partners. Expand your internal network and support other teams with HMRC disputes.
