If you’re an experienced Interim Artificial Intelligence (AI) Internal Auditor who’s tired of choosing between freedom and meaningful work, there’s another route. Within our FS BRS team, you’ll be given the opportunity to take on short- to medium-term projects that sharpen your expertise, stretch your thinking, and give you a different angle on familiar challenges - all without locking you into a single path.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and their practical application and associated risks within financial services sector.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end internal audits.
  • Solid knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks, including model risk management (MRM) principles, AI lifecycle controls, bias and fairness assessments, and the design and evaluation of oversight and accountability structures for AI systems.
  • Demonstrable experience auditing or reviewing AI and machine learning models, including model validation, explainability, performance monitoring, data quality and integrity, and the adequacy of model documentation and change management processes.
