As an Assistant Manager within our Revenue Share & Royalty Audit service line team, you will be directly exposed to the commercial workings of the industries mentioned below, dealing directly with operational, finance, and legal teams at both our clients and the third parties that we review. The role will require you to work across different global territories and languages in providing our tailored contract-compliance agreed-upon-procedures. There’s also opportunity for international travel.
As an Assistant Manager in our Revenue Share & Royalty Audit service line team, you will operate across three core areas:
- We work with some of the largest Global Film & TV Producers and Studios in areas including theatrical licensee reviews, royalty audits, and production cost grant certifications.
- We collaborate with internationally recognized Brands and Intellectual Property Owners, ensuring they maximize value from their IP through their core business or merchandising programs.
- We support multinational Pharmaceutical companies with complex commercial agreements, reviewing that our clients receive what they are contractually due from third parties, auditing licensees and partners to maximize commercial value and manage risks.

The minimum criteria include a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA). Additional skills that are desirable include:
- Experience in developing work plans and testing approaches for complex challenges
- Project management experience, including client and third-party communication
- Understanding contractual terms and business implications
- Knowledge of engagement economics and quality standards
- Experience challenging third-party evidence with professional scepticism
- Audit report preparation and communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with audit software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools
- Experience with data and data analytics
