Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting or leading the design and delivery of FCC/FCCS solutions aligned with client financial consolidation and statutory reporting needs.
- Running requirement-gathering workshops focusing on group reporting structures, intercompany processes, close cycles, and ownership calculations.
- Designing consolidation models, metadata structures, journals, rules, calculations, dashboards, reporting packs, and approval workflow.
- Engaging hands-on in FCCS configuration, including data integration, consolidation rules, close manager, and task-driven processes.
- Working collaboratively with Oracle ERP and EPM colleagues to ensure seamless integration across the financial ecosystem.
- Supporting testing cycles, transition planning, cutover, training, and hypercare to ensure smooth deployment.
- Contributing to EA growth by supporting proposals, thought leadership, and market messaging.

The minimum criteria you’ll need are:
- A 2:1 Honours degree (or equivalent).
- Oracle EPM certification (FCC/FCCS or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience of FCC/FCCS or consolidation system implementation experience.
- Experience of finance consolidation, intercompany elimination, statutory reporting, or group control processes.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with Data Management, integration tools, or ERP/EPM connectivity.
- Exposure to financial accounting, IFRS/UK GAAP concepts, or auditing.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
