You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team whose goal is to help multi-jurisdictional businesses manage their compliance requirements and risk. GCRS act as an extension of the client’s central team covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters and we co-ordinate with our international network of firms, ensuring that our clients’ global compliance obligations are met.
GCRS work across all sectors internationally often with large and fast-growing clients, learning how to expand into new markets and establish new business. We are often the first point of call for clients needing assistance in a wide variety of matters – we provide quick attention and efficient high-quality advice and support.

A look into the role
- As a Project Coordinator within our GCRS team you will be part of an exciting dynamic team, managing a portfolio of clients with direct responsibility for day-to-day project management of global compliance.
- Take responsibility for compliance deadlines across jurisdictions, managing the central dashboard for client portfolios.
- Coordinate client communications, preparing documents to agreed SLAs and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Budget management and reporting of international invoicing including dispute resolution.
- Building relationships with clients and international firms, regular participation in client meetings including presenting status of compliance, creating meeting notes and action.
- Proactive follow up on action resolutions.
- Support proposal development, including global fee collation and preparation of materials for new opportunities.
