As a Change Assurance Assistant Manager within our Change Assurance team, you will:
- Support with assurance over the governance of projects and programmes delivering IT change across financial services organisations (large and small scale).
- Support with the assurance of change portfolio management and methodologies (waterfall, agile and hybrid).
- Participate and support with the full review lifecycle, scoping engagements with clients, completing fieldwork, evaluating findings and reporting on recommendations.
- Participate and support with engagements with senior client representatives (i.e. project sponsors, stakeholders) and delivery team members and management.
- Proactively support the team in identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities.
Joining us as a Change Assurance Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is an awareness of project and programme delivery or assurance/audit experience. This role would ideally suit a general auditor or a PMO Analyst/Manager looking to pivot into change assurance.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills:
- Understand project delivery methodologies and change frameworks.
- Understand change governance and risk management practices.
- Knowledge and experience of data analysis and experience of tools such as Power BI.
- Proven ability in report writing.
- Stakeholder management, experienced to operate with C-suite level stakeholders.
- Ability to present concise messages and reasoning to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
