Providing audit, tax and advisory services, we empower clients through strategic insight, curiosity, and genuine partnership. And we empower our people with real opportunity, an inclusive culture and work life balance.

Our Commercial Growth & Strategy team sits at the heart of how Grant Thornton wins and grows business. We turn market opportunity into pipeline, from campaign strategy and brand content through to demand generation and business development. As part of a team that includes GTM leads, content and design specialists, and channel experts, you will help make sure every campaign we run works harder for the firm.

We’re happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we’ll support you to balance your work and life.

A look into the role

As a Campaign Manager within our Commercial Growth & Strategy practice, you will:

  • Turn qualified campaign briefs into a working scope, agreeing objective, audience, campaign type and success measures with the GTM lead, and challenging the brief where it needs sharpening.
  • Coordinate the Content and Design teams and the relevant channel leads through build, activation and delivery, keeping momentum and unblocking issues as they arise.
  • Own delivery QA as a campaign moves through each stage, from brief to close, keeping Dynamics, CIJ and the Content Management Platform current throughout.
  • Track campaign performance once live, read genuine interest and intent from the audience reached, and make in flight optimisations to keep performance on track.
  • Run the post campaign review, capture lessons learned, and feed them into the shared campaign framework and playbook for the next campaign of that type.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Campaign Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven experience running marketing campaigns end to end at Manager level, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable regulated environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience with a CRM, such as Dynamics, and a campaign management platform or equivalent workflow tool.
  • Experience planning and coordinating across different campaign types, including one off/reactive, always on/nurture and integrated multi channel.
  • Highly organised with genuine attention to detail, spotting a gap in a brief or a small error before it causes a problem downstream.
  • A clear, proactive communicator, comfortable coordinating senior stakeholders without formal authority over them.
  • Data driven, starting from performance numbers and what has already worked on campaigns of that type rather than reinventing an approach.
