- Develop specialist expertise in a technical area and become the go-to expert within the team
- Lead day-to-day project management and delivery of client work with stakeholder engagement, deadlines, risk management, and quality control
- Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their career progression
- Support business development by building internal and external networks to generate opportunities
Key requirements
- Qualified actuary with UK professional services experience
- Experience in actuarial modelling, capital, reserving or pricing
