The GTM Lead – Advisory sets and owns commercial direction for the Advisory business, translating Advisory's strategy into a clear GTM plan and acting as the main link between Advisory leadership and the wider Commercial Function. The role keeps pipeline disciplined, shapes segment strategy, messaging and value propositions for Advisory's markets, and owns local campaign activity that raises the profile of Advisory's people and propositions, while feeding Advisory's priorities and subject matter expertise back into firmwide GTM.

As a GTM Lead within our CAS practice, your responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and planning: Own and develop the GTM strategy for Advisory with business leadership, translating service line and sector priorities into a clear, actionable plan. Balance firmwide and Advisory-specific activity, ensuring local plans align to the firm's wider commercial direction. Define segment strategy, messaging and value propositions for Advisory's markets and buyer groups. Identify opportunities to align the GTM Advisory plans alongside the GTM plans for other areas, such as Audit, Tax, Sectors and Channels.
  • Working with the firm: Alongside the other GTM Lead for Advisory, act as the main link between Advisory and the Commercial Function, representing Advisory's priorities in firmwide GTM planning. Feed Advisory's subject matter expertise, market intelligence and priorities into firmwide GTM activity. Drive partner and director engagement with firmwide campaigns and initiatives, building buy-in across Advisory leadership.
  • Local campaign ownership: Own the development and activation of local campaign activity for Advisory, working with Commercial Growth Services to bring campaigns to life. Support Advisory stakeholders to build a point of view and raise their external profile. Feed Advisory expertise into both firmwide and local GTM activity, ensuring consistency of message.
  • Pipeline and data: Keep pipeline disciplined, working with Advisory leadership to maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data. Work with Commercial Growth Services to keep Advisory's credentials, testimonials and supporting materials current. Give Advisory leadership clear visibility of pipeline health, campaign activation and delivery risk.
  • AI adoption and innovation: Own the AI adoption agenda for Advisory GTM, identifying where AI can improve GTM planning and activity, segmentation and reporting. Set the standard for responsible AI use within Advisory GTM, working with relevant firm functions on governance and risk. Champion practical adoption of tools like Claude and GT Augment across the Advisory GTM team, turning early use cases into repeatable ways of working.

Key performance indicators: Delivery of the Advisory GTM plan against agreed milestones, signed off by Advisory leadership and the CCO. Pipeline health and conversion for Advisory's priority segments. Campaign activation and reach across Advisory's markets and buyer groups. Dynamics/CRM data quality and completeness for Advisory. Partner and director engagement with firmwide and local GTM activity.

Knowing you’re right for us: Joining us as a GTM Lead, the minimum criteria you’ll need is proven Business Development and Marketing experience within Professional Services, Banking, or Consulting, combined with excellent communication skills and a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.   • Experience working with CRM/Dynamics data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Credible with senior partners and directors; effective at operating across a matrixed organisation.

  • Strong commercial curiosity, with a good instinct for where pipeline opportunities sit and how to pursue them.
