We partner closely with our business areas to attract and secure top talent while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
As a Senior Recruitment Adviser within our team, you will:
- Create and deliver the recruitment strategy for each new vacancy within your designated business area, applying a direct sourcing mindset.
- Proactively create, build, and maintain talent communities and candidate networks.
- Take a full and comprehensive brief for each vacancy and gain a deep understanding of the relevant business area and team for which the hiring manager is recruiting.
- Coach hiring managers to be brand advocates and support them in developing excellent interview and selection processes.
- Work with hiring managers and colleagues within their business area to develop and maintain a large network of candidate referrals for potential future hires.
- Ensure all vacancies are advertised in line with brand guidelines and manage a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, to source best talent in the market.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring timely, transparent and human‑centred communication that reflects our employer brand.
Joining us as a Senior Recruitment Adviser, the minimum criteria you’ll need include exposure and understanding of professional services/consulting organisations, experience of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, and proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on direct sourcing across multiple channels.
