In this role you drive the partner integration agenda, coordinating across service lines to accelerate commercial value and cultural connection. You will partner with senior leaders to turn business cases into actionable plans, oversee onboarding, and manage risks and milestones. The role sits at the heart of growth and collaboration, shaping how new partners integrate into the firm and contribute to strategy. Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the Partner integration strategy aligned with growth priorities
  • Govern partner business cases and ensure clear success measures
  • Translate business cases into tailored integration plans and mobilise execution
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration across cultural, commercial, and operational dimensions
  • Identify and resolve integration risks, raising blockers early
  • Run formal review milestones (4, 12, 26, 52 weeks) and report to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain integration collateral, playbooks, templates, and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with Sponsoring Partners, service line leadership, and Central Acceleration Services to drive outcomes
  • Feed insights from partner outcomes back into future recruitment and integration strategy
  • Push continuous improvement to shorten time to commercial impact and enhance cultural connection
