Overview
As a Finance Consulting Manager, you will lead and coordinate client engagements to optimise finance functions and drive value. You’ll collaborate across CFO Solutions and Consulting teams, translating client insights into practical proposals. You’ll manage projects, nurture senior stakeholder relationships, and contribute to practice development while upholding quality and risk standards. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple client engagements, including acting as the project lead on some assignments
- Build and leverage internal and external networks to generate opportunities
- Translate client root-cause insights into compelling propositions and solutions
- Collaborate across CFO Solutions, Consulting and wider firm to bring appropriate capabilities
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, FDs and Private Equity representatives
- Take ownership of quality, compliance and risk management
- Contribute to practice development through business development, marketing, or toolkit improvements
- Manage engagement budgets and timelines
Key requirements
- Professional accountancy qualification with meaningful post-qualification experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple senior stakeholders across concurrent engagements
- Strong commercial mindset balancing client needs, economics and risk
