Overview
You join Grant Thornton’s CAS People Advisory team to shape the people strategy across client groups and drive a high‑performance culture. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to influence change, lead cyclical HR activities, and develop manager capability in a growth‑oriented environment. You’ll champion the use of AI and people analytics to anticipate needs and strengthen performance. Responsibilities
- Deliver the people strategy in client groups and partner with teams to embed high‑performance culture
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence thinking to drive change
- Lead cyclical HR activities (salary/bonus reviews, performance moderation) with fair, commercially focused outcomes
- Coach and develop managers with expert insight for confident, high‑quality decisions
- Be proactive about AI use and its impact on teams, operating model and work ways
- Leverage people data to identify trends and translate insights into actions
- Navigate change programmes and support workforce planning and future talent
- Support CAS talent with business cases and development plans, collaborating with stakeholders
- Provide ER case activity support as needed
- Inspire and coach the CAS People Advisory Team to build capability and accountability
Key requirements
- Track record of strategic HR delivery in a fast-paced, growth environment (HR Manager or HR Business Partner typical)
- Experience building trusted senior relationships through organisational change
- Proven ability to lead cyclical HR activities and deliver results quickly
- Confidence navigating a matrix/multi‑stakeholder environment
- Commercial mindset with ability to use HR data and insight to shape decisions and manage risk
