Job Description HR Advisor/People Advisor – 12 month FTC Ideally based in one of the following locations: Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick, or Southampton. About the role You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absences, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting senior advisers and managers, you will help deliver our people strategy, initiatives, and annual cycle. This role offers exciting opportunities for development and skill expansion. Candidate requirements Experience in a generalist HR role working with large client groups. Experience supporting employee relations activities such as absence management, investigations, and disciplinary processes. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives. Preferred but not essential skills include experience in large organizations, collaboration in service line structures, delivering inclusion and diversity initiatives, and managing processes like salary reviews and talent management.
