We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the technical workstreams of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical workstream within an enterprise solution (HCM, Payroll, ERP) project, with a strong focus on Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture. A look into the role:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP programmes.
- Manage and coordinate technical workstreams including:
- Data Migration: Strategy, mapping, validation, and execution.
- Integration: Design and delivery of interfaces between Oracle Cloud and third‐party systems.
- Reporting: Development of BI and operational reporting solutions.
- Architecture: Oversight of solution architecture.
Knowing you're right for us:
- Proven track record of managing technical delivery for multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP implementations.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or Other Enterprise Applications architecture and technical components.
- Hands‐on experience in leading Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture workstreams in Enterprise Application implementation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in consulting or system integrator environments.
