The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practice is responsible for advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology in particular, and ERP/HCM applications advisory consultancy more generally.

As an Oracle Cloud Recruitment and Core Lead Consultant within our team practice, you will:
- Own the Recruitment solution definition and delivery in collaboration with other senior sales and delivery leaders.
- Use your knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality to design specific client solutions and convince customers of the appropriateness of those solutions.
- Engage in the detail of recruitment solutions using your experience as a recruitment specialist implementation consultant to lead teams and deliver specialist activity where needed.
- Take responsibility for all functional aspects of an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, including data loading and integration specification.
- Own the interaction with senior customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and build relationships.
- Lead recruitment solution teams in the implementation of your recruitment solutions.
- Work collaboratively with EA practice leaders, Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and implementation consultants in the delivery of customer projects.
Your responsibilities will be measured in terms of the successful design and delivery of recruitment projects, and in achieving reference ability of those customers. Your success will be aligned to your ability to build an internal and external brand as an established leader for Oracle Cloud recruitment solutions.
Knowing you're right for us, the minimum criteria you'll need is relevant Oracle certification in Cloud HCM/recruitment, and multiple years' experience in similar Consulting/Project roles, covering both successful project delivery and related sales/practice development activity.
Your experience will include:
- HCM implementation consultant individual contributor and lead, with strong experience in solution design and hands-on functional and technical delivery.
- Multiple Oracle recruitment implementations with involvement in other modules such as Core HCM, Compensation or payroll.
Here are a few more skills we are looking for:
- Knowledge of end user aspects of Overall HCM processing and related issues.
- Wider Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with Certification in other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Experience of building lasting relationships with C Level and Senior Solution stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Experience in Project Delivery roles encompassing project leadership and oversight alongside your solution responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel depending on customer requirements, mostly in the UK, but throughout Europe & the Middle East if needed.
