The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team provides best-in-class digital products, services, and skills to enable the auditors of the future to set the industry benchmark for professional services firms, leveraging digital, data, and technology opportunities to be the number one practice for audit quality, client service, and operational excellence.

The Digital Audit Change Hub Assistant Manager will be responsible for telling the DAT’s story and accompanying everyone in the practice on their digital journeys.

A look into the role

  • Execute the team’s stakeholder management activities, particularly with audit teams across the whole of the UK practice, engaging with end users to promote the benefits of digital audit, and to collect constructive feedback to help the Digital Audit Team improve existing digital products and services.
  • Agree goals with Digital Audit Champions and hold them accountable for delivery of these, working together to expand the knowledge and application of digital solutions through targeted conversations and actions, and the growth of the Digital Audit Network.
  • Deliver the Digital Audit communication strategy, ensuring the delivery of clear and consistent communications to the audit practice through media such as the DAT SharePoint site, Viva Engage, and monthly articles and presentations (e.g. newsletters and live training sessions).
  • Collaborate closely with the DAT Training Hub to enhance the digital learning infrastructure of the audit team.
  • Support the DAT Knowledge Hub in ensuring audit teams have access to excellent self-serve knowledge, resources, and support to deliver high-quality, efficient, valuable statutory audits by using digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across hubs, pillars, and communities within the Digital Audit Team, to ensure knowledge, communications, and training are comprehensive, up-to-date, and relevant for the audit practice.
  • Take on extra responsibilities, as required, to ensure the realisation of the DAT’s strategy and goals.
