About the role
We are seeking an Associate Director to guide the strategy and execution of Grant Thornton's Internal AI Product Team within Technology Consulting. This position will define a comprehensive vision for internal AI products, convert the priorities of senior management into actionable product plans, and oversee the development of AI-driven solutions, accelerators, and workflow tools that align with Grant Thornton's Data & AI services.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement the strategic direction for internal AI products.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain a practical product roadmap.
- Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled tools and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team to drive product development.
- Ensure alignment of product offerings with the overall Data & AI strategy of the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading AI or data-driven product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of technology consulting and internal product development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
