In this role, you\’ll support deal teams in preparing and executing business transactions, employing your financial expertise and negotiation skills. You\’ll work collaboratively within a collegiate team that celebrates success together.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support transaction execution across multiple projects
- Contribute to client and firm impact with high standards
- Engage in full project lifecycle from sourcing to completion
- Assist in financial data analysis and valuation
- Draft marketing materials and client presentations
- Work with sector teams to develop industry expertise
- Drive your own development with support from your manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, CFA) or relevant experience in M&A
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of financial statement analysis and modeling
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Experience in UK professional services or advisory environment
