In this role, you\’ll support deal teams in preparing and executing business transactions, employing your financial expertise and negotiation skills. You\’ll work collaboratively within a collegiate team that celebrates success together.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support transaction execution across multiple projects
  • Contribute to client and firm impact with high standards
  • Engage in full project lifecycle from sourcing to completion
  • Assist in financial data analysis and valuation
  • Draft marketing materials and client presentations
  • Work with sector teams to develop industry expertise
  • Drive your own development with support from your manager

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA, CIPFA, CFA) or relevant experience in M&A
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of financial statement analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilient, organized, and capable of multitasking
  • Experience in UK professional services or advisory environment
