A look into the role As a Manager within the Corporate Finance Advisory team: Manages client assignments in varying scope and scaleTakes responsibility in preparing and delivering Information MemorandumsIs highly financially literate, and can perform high level modelling tasksIs competent in basic business valuation approaches and analysisInterprets and analyses complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriatelyManages, motivates and coaches team members by inducting effectively, giving regular feedback and completing timely performance reviewsInputs into deal structuring considerations and any strategic input clients may requireEffectively manages various parties within the transaction, resolving any conflicts which may ariseInstils a risk management culture within the team as well as mitigating risk appropriatelyIdentifies and evaluates risk management issues, mitigating risk appropriatelyParticipates in external networking, in order to generate and convert leadsManages situations to optimise financial returns for the client and the firmSupports in business development initiativesSuggests innovative solutions whilst pro-actively identifying cross-selling opportunityLeads and facilitates discussions between individuals and groups in either a client or within the firmKnowing you’re right for us Joining us as a Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to have:All applicants must have relevant deal experience, in excess of 2 yearsExperience working on transactions within the tech or media sectors, with the ability to confidently discuss trends and dynamics within a given subsectorProfessional Qualification (ACA, ICAS, ACCA or equivalent)It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
