Our Commercial Function's GTM – Strategic Growth Team works hand in hand with Emerging Sector leadership to turn strategy into pipeline. We connect segment strategy, local campaigns and CRM discipline, so our client-facing teams have the tools, insight and support they need to grow the business.

A look into the role:

  • Shape and deliver the GTM plan for TMT & Emerging Sectors, turning agreed strategy into clear, day to day actions.
  • Build strong working relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists, including Campaigns, Events, Business Development and Pricing, to keep TMT & Emerging Sectors activity resourced and on track.
  • Shape and deliver local campaign activity for TMT & Emerging Sectors, building and activating campaigns with Commercial Growth Services.
  • Maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for TMT & Emerging Sectors, flagging data quality issues to leadership.
  • Adopt AI tools such as Claude and GT Augment day to day, using them to sharpen campaign activity, pipeline management and reporting.

Knowing you’re right for us:

The minimum criteria you'll need is commercial experience gained in business development, marketing or a commercial function, ideally within professional services, financial services or a comparable environment, with a track record of delivering agreed plans reliably and experience using CRM or Dynamics data to keep pipeline accurate.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way:

  • Comfortable working with partners and directors across a matrixed organisation, executing agreed strategy reliably.
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify complex ideas and land messaging with different audiences.
  • Strong commercial curiosity, spotting where pipeline opportunities sit and using data to inform decisions.
  • Previous experience of, or exposure to, Advisory markets.
