The Global Mobility team forms part of the firm’s Talent & Recruitment (resourcing) function and is responsible for enabling international working opportunities and supporting the movement of global talent across the GTIL member firm network. The team ensures that global mobility activity is delivered effectively, compliantly and in a way that enhances both business outcomes and employee experience.
As a Global Mobility Manager, your role will involve:
- Strategic leadership and programme delivery: Designs, leads and continuously improves global mobility programmes that support business objectives and sustainable organisational growth.
- Core service delivery and operational leadership: Oversees and continuously improves the delivery of global mobility support, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and compliant service across all activity.
- Stakeholder engagement and business partnering: Consistently engages with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide commercially focused mobility solutions.
- Operational oversight and service excellence: Provides oversight and direction to ensure a high-quality, efficient and compliant global mobility service.
Joining us as a Global Mobility Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
- Significant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Resourcing or a related People function, including experience with working with specialists around the taxation requirements for international assignees.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders in a complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration rules and procedure related to the usual employer visa routes.
