Like you, we have ambitious growth plans. With record revenue each year from 2022 onwards, we’ve set ambitious targets for the years ahead, whilst retaining our partnership structure and ethos.
Our Audit Directors are Responsible Individuals, focusing on delivering and signing off high quality audits. You’ll have a heavy focus on the strategic growth of the team, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture. We’re looking for existing RIs with a high audit quality rating, operating in either the listed or larger mid-market space, who have a passion for coaching teams to success and building long standing client relationships.
We are keen to explore growing our audit practice with the right people who value our culture – collaborative, inclusive and high performing. If you are looking for a change, this is an opportunity to take a leading strategic role with a firm that will support your growth and development journey to Partner.
Market-leading performance deserves market-leading rewards. Our people make the firm what it is, and when we win, we win together. In addition to a competitive salary and reward package, we plan to introduce an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), which will make us the only large firm in the UK to offer equity units to our people below partner grade, so you can share the rewards of our firm’s growth and success. A material amount of equity for future partners has been held back during the investment period – thus protecting the future generation of partners over the years to come.
Culture is everything. Ours is built on trust, flexibility, and inclusion. Life is about more than work. We support our teams to deliver their best work by having open conversations at the start of each audit, to make sure there’s an understanding of everyone’s ways of working and personal commitments.
Your development is our focus. We don’t make empty promises about promotions and progression. To nurture our people into the directors and partners of the future, we support your development from day one, working with you to communicate expectations and create clear plans to put you on the pathway for promotion. We continue to invest heavily in our people’s skills, too, starting with a £1.2 million investment in first-of-its-kind "3D" Data-Driven Digital mindset training.
We keep a keen eye on quality. Delivering for our clients isn’t just about the race to the finish line. We care about quality. It’s why we’re the only firm to ever receive 100% on file reviews – not just once, but twice. We believe this is a unique opportunity in the industry, joining the firm at an exciting period.
If you want to simply find out more, please register your interest and one of our internal talent team will reach out for an informal, confidential conversation.
Note to agencies – we operate a direct sourcing model but do have a formal PSL in place if needed. We will only consider speculative CV or candidate profiles, if directed to the Talent & Recruitment team, not to the Audit practice.
