Overview
In this role you will support the execution of financial due diligence for corporate, PE and lender clients across sectors, working with managers and directors on live engagements. You will prepare analytical work on earnings, working capital, cash flow and net debt, and help identify deal issues and value drivers. You will produce due diligence reports and client materials to a high standard, while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced advisory environment. This role offers collaboration across teams and exposure to business development and growth opportunities at Grant Thornton.

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements for corporate, private equity and lender clients across sectors
- Prepare analysis on earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt and other transaction-related financial matters
- Identify key deal issues, risks and value drivers through detailed financial review and interaction with management
- Assist in preparing due diligence reports, client deliverables and presentation materials to a high standard
- Collaborate with senior team members and clients to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
- Contribute to team development, collaboration and broader business development activities
Key requirements
- Relevant experience in transaction services
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent
- Strong numerical, analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to work across multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
