  • Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the successful delivery of healthcare consulting projects.

With 3–8 years of relevant project‑management experience, you will collaborate closely with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders, manage project execution, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope, and drive innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector.

You will also contribute to business development, client relationship management, and mentor junior team members.

  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and support project execution, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver complex projects for key clients across the healthcare industry.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing project‑related queries and fostering strong relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support the development of strategic solutions, analysing sector trends, industry regulations, and operational data.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions, collaborating with senior consultants to create actionable recommendations tailored to each client.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and deliverables that clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, tender documentation, and business‑development activities to support growth of the consulting practice.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary and working with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, offering advice and support as needed.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, market shifts, and new technologies; share relevant insights with the team.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in healthcare consulting and project‑management methodologies.

Education & Certifications

  • A third‑level degree with a strong academic record.
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) demonstrating application of best practices.
  • Change Management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, CMP) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in delivering high‑quality healthcare‑related projects, preferably within a consulting firm.
  • End‑to‑end project delivery, managing all lifecycle stages within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to assess complex data and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including preparation of reports, presentations, and tender documents.
  • Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivery quality.
  • Strategic thinking combined with detail orientation to align vision and execution with client expectations.
