The Audit Senior role is part of our Audit and Assurance team, working alongside partners to deliver high‑quality audits, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior staff.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare accounts and financial statements.
  • Act as a technical resource for Audit and Assurance, covering IFRS and UK GAAP, and produce internal and external technical information.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships.
  • Audit companies across a variety of business sectors.
  • Design and implement audit plans.
  • Ensure completion of assignments within appropriate budget and timeframe.
  • Manage a team of trainees while on assignment.
  • Develop and mentor trainees and staff.

Skills and Attributes

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or similar qualification).
  • Strong technical knowledge and audit experience.
  • Experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Initiative‑driven and self‑motivated.
  • Ambitious and keen to pursue a career in practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
