Senior Resourcing Advisor – Student recruitment/ Early careers

As a Senior Resourcing Adviser in the Early Careers team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our award-winning recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for managing recruitment activity across a designated region or service line, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

A look into the role
As a Senior Resourcing Adviser within the trainee recruitment team, you will:
- Help lead and drive our award-winning trainee recruitment strategies, supporting the delivery of key projects and communications across the firm.
- Deliver against hiring targets for your region/service line, ensuring timely, high-quality, and inclusive outcomes.
- Plan, organise, and attend attraction and pre-joiner events to build early engagement and support a smooth transition into the business.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in your business areas, acting as a trusted adviser and strategic partner.
- Develop and implement a tailored recruitment strategy for your region, aligned with national goals and local market dynamics.
- Partner with our brand and resourcing RPO to ensure a successful attraction and assessment strategy that focuses on hiring high-quality and diverse talent.
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery across the full recruitment lifecycle – from attraction and engagement through to assessment, onboarding, and conversion.
- Support the setup and delivery of our assessment and selection processes, from initial stages through to final round.
- Use data and performance metrics to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of the recruitment process.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the student recruitment space, continuously scanning the market for trends, innovations, and best practices.
Knowing you’re right for us
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Significant experience in high-volume early careers or student recruitment, with a strong understanding of national strategies and local market dynamics.
- A proven ability to lead complex recruitment initiatives and projects from concept through to delivery and review.
- Skilled at engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong project management skills, comfortable owning deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience working in a dispersed, cross-functional team and adept at balancing independent decision-making with collaborative input.
- Confident designing and delivering events and programmes that are aligned to brand, diversity, and talent goals.
- A passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences, with a continuous improvement mindset and data-led approach.
