Are you interested in an exciting opportunity to apply your problem-solving and sceptical mindset to a commercially focused situation, providing real-time added value to our clients and taking on your next career challenge? As an Assistant Manager within our Revenue Share & Royalty Audit service line team, you will be directly exposed to the commercial workings of industries such as film & TV, intellectual property, and pharmaceuticals. You will work closely with operational, finance, and legal teams at our clients and third parties, across different global territories and languages, providing tailored contract-compliance procedures.
There’s also opportunity for international travel.
As an Assistant Manager, your role will focus on three core areas:
- Working with major Global Film & TV Producers and Studios on licensee reviews, royalty audits, and production cost certifications.
- Collaborating with recognized Brands and Intellectual Property Owners to maximize value from their IP through core business and merchandising programs.
- Supporting multinational Pharmaceutical companies in reviewing complex commercial agreements to ensure contractual entitlements and manage risks.

Candidate requirements:
The minimum criteria include a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA). Additional skills that are desirable include:
- Experience in developing work plans and testing approaches for complex challenges.
- Project management skills, including providing updates to clients and third parties.
- Understanding of complex contractual terms and their business implications.
- Awareness of engagement economics, quality, and commercial excellence.
- Experience challenging evidence and demonstrating professional scepticism.
- Ability to prepare audit reports for senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with audit software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Experience handling data and data analytics.
