We are seeking to recruit a receptionist to join the team at Grant Thornton in our Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional receptionist to become part of a busy team within a professional and fast-paced environment. The primary purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, welcoming and courteous reception service to all clients, visitors and staff.
Requirements
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels
- Computer literate, ICDL or equivalent
- Excellent professional etiquette

Responsibilities
- Managing day to day presentation of reception and general meeting room areas
- Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
- Managing meeting rooms / desk bookings
- Arranging catering requirements for meetings / office events
- Provide a professional and personable service to all clients
- Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements
- Maintaining Client kitchen cleanliness and stock levels
- Operating the switch board and directing calls in a positive and professional manner
- Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
- On-site H&S responsibilities cover for facilities
- Using various software systems to report any maintenance issues
- Ensuring site procedures are documented and kept up to date
- Working with head office to implement initiatives within office relating to group wide programs
- Ad hoc facilities and reception administrative tasks
- Any other reasonable request
