You will be part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team whose goal is to help multi‑jurisdictional businesses manage their compliance requirements and risk. GCRS act as an extension of the client’s central team covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters and we co‑ordinate with our international network of firms, ensuring that our clients’ global compliance obligations are met.

GCRS work across all sectors internationally often with large and fast‑growing clients, learning how to expand into new markets and establish new business. We are often the first point of call for clients needing assistance in a wide variety of matters – we provide quick attention and efficient high‑quality advice and support.

A look into the role

  • Be part of an exciting dynamic team, managing a portfolio of clients with direct responsibility for day‑to‑day project management of global compliance.
  • Take responsibility for compliance deadlines across jurisdictions, managing the central dashboard for client portfolios.
  • Coordinate client communications, preparing documents to agreed SLAs and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Budget management and reporting of international invoicing including dispute resolution.
  • Building relationships with clients and international firms, regular participation in client meetings including presenting status of compliance, creating meeting notes and action, and proactive follow‑up on action resolutions.
  • Support proposal development, including global fee collation and preparation of materials for new opportunities.

Joining us as a Project Coordinator in GCRS, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of working in a finance or compliance environment, intermediate Excel skills and a demonstrable ability to deliver quality work to deadlines.
