Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager, responsible for leading the product owner team. In this position, you will be instrumental in coordinating and driving forward the product development roadmap and leading the transition to a digital first approach.The Lead Product Manager will work closely with others in the Digital Audit Team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of ongoing digital transformation.
A look into the role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead the product ownership hub (our team of product owners) to ensure the delivery of our planned work and the digital transformation of audit
  • Manage the product roadmap, including engaging with team members and stakeholders to prioritize product activity to deliver our strategic aims
  • Own the delivery of the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure consistent delivery by the team
  • Develop proficiency in the use of digital audit team products and platforms
  • Engage with the audit practice to understand user needs
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive and maximize the adoption of digital audit products within the practice while establishing appropriate governance on the use of them to ensure quality and risk are effectively managed.
  • Establish a culture where engagement teams proactively seek assistance from the Digital Audit Team in the use of our products, driven by the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our solutions.

You will also where appropriate collaborate with key contacts throughout the Grant Thornton International (GTIL) network to share knowledge, skills and best practice to enable us to enhance our digital offering both locally and globally.

Joining us as a Senior Manager / Associate Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to be driven and determined to find solutions to audit challenges. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Proven experience working as a product owner / product manager, particularly in the implementation of digital solutions within an audit or similar professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and externally.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of digital enablement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
