As the business continues to evolve across Digital, HR Commercial and Finance, we're strengthening our People Advisory capability to ensure we have the right support in place for the future.
We're seeking an experienced People Advisory Manager to work alongside our Senior People Advisory Manager, playing a key role in shaping our service, influencing change and supporting the delivery of our people strategy.
You will:
- Deliver the people strategy in your client groups and work collaboratively with teams to embed a high-performance culture and mindset.
- Build trusted, influential relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a valued advisor who shapes thinking, challenges constructively and drives meaningful change.
- Lead key people cyclical activity, including salary and bonus reviews and performance moderation, ensuring fair, commercially focused and consistent outcomes across the CAS business.
- Develop exceptional people manager capability by providing expert coaching, insight and pragmatic advice that enables confident, high-quality decision making.
- Be genuinely excited about the use of AI and how that can transform teams, the operating model and the way of work.
- Harness people data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate future needs and translate insight into actions that strengthen culture, capability and business performance.
- Be comfortable operating in the grey to guide and support your stakeholders through periods of change and flux.
- Have a forward-facing mindset with a focus on workforce planning, team shape, future talent and performance that is underpinned by the wider strategy and the firm’s I&D agenda.
- Closely support talent in CAS to understand their business case and to work collaboratively with them and wider stakeholders ensuring that robust objectives and development plans are in place.
- Support ER case activity as required.
- Inspire, coach, and challenge the CAS People Advisory Team, delivering candid, constructive feedback that builds capability, drives accountability, and elevates individual and team performance.
Joining us as a People Advisory Manager, you’ll need:
- A track record of strategic HR delivery in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Experience of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through organisational change.
- Proven experience of leading cyclical HR activities whereby you can hit the ground running.
- Confidence navigating a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment at pace.
- A commercial mindset, using HR data & insight to shape decisions and manage risk priorities.
