A look into the role
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday (HCM, Talent) and the wider People systems landscape (e.g. LMS), understanding end-to-end user journeys and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and system solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and continuously optimise Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
- Deliver enhancements that improve user experience, adoption, and business efficiency across the People technology ecosystem.
- Analyse system usage, feedback, and data to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, IS, and business teams to design scalable, user‑centric solutions.
- Support release management, including testing, impact assessment, and communication of changes to stakeholders.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement, adoption, and effective use of People systems.
- Contribute to a product‑led mindset within the team, focusing on value delivery, continuous improvement, and user outcomes.
