Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.

Our core focus is on advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle cloud applications and technology. We also provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) / human capital management (HCM) applications advisory consultancy more generally.

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within the Enterprise applications team and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments. We anticipate that the role will be hybrid working; therefore, open to consultants based anywhere in the UK with the ability to travel to client offices a few days a week.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM modules (in one or more of the following such as Core, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, or Recruitment).
  • Strong understanding of Core HR processes and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with best practices in Oracle HCM implementations and change management.
