Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Manager in M&A Tax to provide tax structuring advice and lead due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. You will work with FDD and SPA Advisory teams to ensure a seamless deal process.
You’ll manage client relationships, review reports, and help grow TAS Tax across national and international deals, requiring a qualified chartered accountant or tax adviser and strong UK tax knowledge.
