The Transformation and People Consulting team supports business leaders to respond to an ever‐changing environment by helping clients shape and align their transformation and/or people strategy. We ensure organisation goals are clearly linked to the strategy of the organisation, and how these translate into clear objectives for people across the business. We work with leaders on the design and delivery of operating models and structures to support their vision and strategy, ensuring we are excellent change managers, making transformation and change sustainable. Responsibilities
- Lead the day‐to‐day client relationship for smaller projects
- Draft project budgets and monitor/manage actual costs versus budget
- Provide key support in writing and developing proposals for targets and clients, including supporting pitching or as part of a wider pitch team
- Take responsibility for leading take on procedures, including drafting letters of engagement for Partner or Director approval
- Support and input into the development and delivery of a clear go‐to‐market plan for Transformation and People Consulting across all our regions, leveraging our internal resource and external network
- Support the development of practice product collateral, including tools and templates
- Support the team on key accounts, including the management and day‐to‐day activities of these
- Lead report drafting for smaller projects, or drafting of specific sections for larger projects, with minimal oversight, ensuring accuracy for all figures presented
- Proactively build your own network both internal and external to the Firm to generate leads
- Lead initiatives to raise the awareness of Transformation and People Consulting within the Firm
- Take an active role in marketing events and seminars, including organising, as required by the department
- Support the provision of on‐the‐job training to more junior team members including regular feedback
Qualifications
Minimum criteria:
- Experience of one or more of the following: Change Management, Operating Model Design and Implementation, Organisational Design and development; HR function transformation; business transformation, culture change, employee experience and engagement
- Previous consulting experience
It would be great if you had some of the following skills:
- Strong project management skills with demonstrable project experience
- A clear understanding of change levers for transformation and culture change
- Strong commercial mindset
- Worked within an internal HR function
- Been part of setting up a Project/Transformation Management Office
- Core consulting skills, including project and stakeholder management and leading parts of a change or transformation programme
- Supporting the development of propositions and offerings for clients, and highlighting opportunities at the right time
- Design and delivery of People Strategies within different organisations
- Development and delivery of an Employee Value Proposition or the related elements of such
- Strong at report writing, supporting the development of business cases, bid leading, supporting tenders and negotiating.
